I just wanted to send you a letter to thank you for installing the DogWatch system for my dog. It has been wonderful and I have not had any problems. Previously, I had used the Invisible Fence® for my black lab and that was just a constant maintenance battle between the wire getting cut and not knowing about it until my dog had busted through the "fence" a number of times or when my dog purposely "ran down" the battery on the collar before she would break lose again as well. Since the installation of the DogWatch system I have not had any wires cut and my dog has not busted through the "fence" at all. My black lab is a very energetic dog and there have been a number of times where she would run full speed right up to the fence but would come to a stop before the end, knowing where the line was. Your training that was included with the service was wonderful as well. I would recommend your system highly to anyone who is looking for a "no-worries and maintenance free system".
